I recently had the pleasure of working with Johnny, a highly skilled draftsman, on a project for a new build subdivision.
Johnny’s ability to liaise with council and sort issues that arose were such a relief to have sorted so our build could go on to the next step to get a building permit. His creativity and problem-solving skills were evident in solutions he proposed.
Throughout the project, Johnny maintained excellent communication, keeping me informed at every stage and promptly addressing any concerns or questions I had. His professionalism and commitment to delivering high-quality work were commendable.

I highly recommend Alantouri Design.  I worked with Johnny to add a verandah to our new home. As we know working with council doesn't always make sense, but Johnny navigated the various rules and explained them in a way that made sense so we could choose what we should (and shouldn't) do.  This allowed us to get the result we wanted without paying too much or deal with unnecessary hassles with either council or the neighbours.  His expertise was invaluable to complete the right design and then his contact with the engineer/surveyors made the build process easy. Alantouri Design and their engineers took our concept drawings for our custom design home and expertly converted these into accurate working plans to achieve seamless building permits and accurate materials schedules. Their suggestions for changes to improve the designs were each creative and sensible, that significantly improved the flow, efficiency and usability of the home.
